SOVEREIGNTY

Here is a definition from the book "Indian Sovereignty," published by the Institute for the Development of Indian Law. It reads that sovereignty is: THE SUPREME POWER FROM WHICH ALL SPECIFIC POLITICAL POWERS ARE DERIVED.

According to Mark Alan Dunder currently President of the Caswell Native Association,
Sovereignty is best defined in this way:
"Life survives. We must survive. Survival is Inherent.
To survive we must have energy, this is our: 1. Sustenance
To survive we must have protection from the elements, this is our: 2. Shelter
To survive we must be able to preserve what we have, this is our: 3. Security
Because we are also Spiritual Beings we must also have: 4. Spirituality

These four survival basics are our Inherent Rights. And because we will die if we lack any one of these Inherent Rights, they are above and over any other wants or desires,
as such they are what we call our Sovereign Rights. By willpower alone we will keep these Sovereign Rights. "
SOVEREIGNTY therefore is: The Willpower to Keep your Inherent Rights to Survive.

There are many definitions for sovereign. Here in the US, NOW IS THE TIME to file your UCC. Let me state that I am not much further along than you are in this process. I cannot be held responsible for this information. It is still in the testing phase. Go forward with your own sovereign status: only you can be held responsible for your actions.

We went to file our claims on Monday and Tuesday. We took the UCC to the Secretary of State UCC department. We took the UCC and other affidavits to the County Recorder's Office (for me, in Ukiah, California Republic). The Sec'y of State was pretty routine. I wanted to wait, but since we got there in the afternoon, it wasn't going to be processed until the next day. I suggest you get there early so that you can leave with an official receipt. They are going to mail me a receipt.

But, when I went to the County Recorder, it was a different story. First of all, those american flags were really getting to me . The firat 2 technicians didn't know what to do with my forms. The first technician made a slip when she asked me if I was filing for my POW. She meant to say POA, which is Power of Attorney. It was soooooo funny!!! The third one was defensive. It was hostile, confrontational. There was definitely something going on. I think they felt threatened. Perhaps it was my emotions and excitement. First she asked me "Why do you want to give yourself Power of Attorney?" I replied,"Because I want to." Then, she got upset and blurted out, "But WHY?" I said, "Because I want to be in control of my affairs. Not the Stae or the Federal Government." Then she said,

"But everyone already has power of attorney" Then I said, "Then you won't have any problem filing this claim!" Ooooh, she didn't like that answer! Each time she thought she found a pronlem with my paperwork, I was able to come right back with a mistake SHE was making. She said that she had never seen this kinda paperwork before. There was a sign there stating that the technicians could not give us legal advice, yet she was asking me all kinds of questions about my paperwork.So, she took the paperwork to speak with her supervisor. In a huff, she stated that each affidavit had to be filed independently, and that the appropriate codes had to be cited on each document. Things were getting kinda tense for me at this point, and so I decided to take my paperwork and come back with the corrections she specified. When I return, I will be more prepared (spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, in addition to paperwork) for such a confrontation.

So, here are the forms. I am going to do more research and put the appropriate codes on each affidavit, so don't rry to file them until I get back to you. You can at least begin to fill them out. I am posting different templates for the Claim of Life document. This is where you claim your nationality, with flag, blood sample, thumbprint. Isn't it odd that our birth certificates contain no vital info about us? Nothing about our birthweight, eye color, fingerprints or footprints. How can these really serve as proof of who we really are? That is because that was not their actual intent........

If the documents are not up today, check back inna few. I'm going as fast as I can.......
