to aid the People in their search for more information. Yes, it is mostly
links. But, it is designed to save you a lot of searching, and to keep
all of the info in one place. If you know of other sites that should

2007 SPRING UPDATE! Wow, has it really been that long???
Well this update is inspired by the recent actions of the Cherokee nation to remove all members of color from the rolls. Yes, on March 3, 2007, a vote was taken to divest all Black members from the tribe. Not the white indians, though...I have posted my response here: Tsalagi Moor Responds to the Cherokee Nations. Mind you, I am not speaking for any organization other than My Self, which includes all of my Ancestors and Spirit Guides. My musical tribute to this action can be found on myspace.com/tchiyamet. I have posted my Cherokee songs.
I have also posted the newsletter sent out by Marilyn Vann, the current President of the Descendants of the Freedmen of the 5 Civilized Tribes.
My investigation into My/OurSovereignty has taken me down many long and arduous paths. Paths that were not well lit, well-travelled, or even well known about. I will not go deeply into the negative aspects of what I found. I instead will focus on what is good and can carry us into the future. Being the rebel and warrior woman that I am, let me begin by stating that my sovereignty, freedom, independence will NEVER AGAIN be at the hand of ANY man, or woman for that matter. Especially not when I am required to submit to his will and authority. No one can ever replace the Most High as the Highest Authority. Secondly, my research has shown that Morocco was not invaded by Islam until the 7th Century. According to the legends of Amexem and Lemuria, the Moors were already here before Islam came to be. Therefore, I make no apologies for claiming my Moor nationaity and not claiming Islam. I am sure that this will offend many people, but my life is just as important as any other, and I have the right to exist just as any other human on the face of this earth.

One reason I have been away from this site is because I read a book you must know about: "When Rocks Cry Out" by Horace Butler. Since reading this book, I have been to Teotihuacan, near Mexico City, Mexcio, Altum Ha in Belize, Palenque in Chiapas, Mexico, Machu Picchu and Cusco in Peru, and Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Just like Mama Charlotte told me, "READ THE BOOK!" One of the other reasons you have not heard from me in awhile is because I have gotten involved with a land based intertribal aboriginal community. One of the objectives is to bring about unity between the Red, the Black and the Brown. With real live people, not just email addresses. The place is called Red Wind. I was in Mexico during the early part of January. I was so surprised to find out when I got home about the situation with the rising price of corn tortillas, some say is caused by a rising demand for ethanol (fuel made from corn). We just recently purchased biodiesel cars, and we have been re-assured that biodiesel is not made from raw corn product like ethanol. Anyway, here are a few links to this story.
